Alright, now we're really starting to get into the series' psychological mumbo jumbo. Shinji gets some bad indigestion from the Angel he just ate (ALWAYS cook your food!) and splits his armor akin to a man popping the button on his fly when he stuffs his face. You think that screaming is insane rage? No no, it's pain, the sort of pain one only feels after Thanksgiving when you eat so much you can barely move and you think you're about to burst. Quite unexpectedly, something else fails to work in NERV headquarters and Shinji falls down one hell of a rabbit hole and spends the next month thinking about naked Asuka, Rei, and Misato. All in all, not a bad experience.
And I don't know about you guys, but half the time I listen to what's being said in this show and don't know what the hell they're talking about. Shinji has lost his ego and is floating around in quantum form? WHAAATTT? I know that the ego is a Freudian term, but what does that have to do with his physical body? Perhaps those with a scientific mind are watching what's happening and nodding their heads in fascination, but I'm not one of them and am just assuming that they're pulling a lot of it out of their asses. That's just me.
Title aside and all that, this is episode twenty of Neon Genesis Evangelion. I hope you enjoy it--oh, and I don't own any part of NGE, don't stand to make any money, blah blah blah, yaddah yaddah.
